Eleven years behind the chair. A military career as a combat medic. A degree in psychology. All three taught me the same thing: structure builds confidence.
I'm Leah - colorist, educator and founder of The Beauty Commander. I created this program because I kept watching talented stylist shrink when they should have been commanding the room.
Most hair educators will teach you technique. I understand why you are stuck. The self-doubt. The undercharging. The people-pleasing. The fear that you are not ready. That is not a skill problem- that is a mindset problem. And I am trained to help you work though it.
As a combat medic I learned how to stay calm, move fast, and make decisions under pressure. I brought all of that into the salon - and into the way I teach.
You don't need more content to consume. You need someone to give you a mission and hold you accountable.
